IV- Insurance
If you want to come to France, be aware that you will not be insured in case of illness, accident, or theft. You must take the necessary steps in your country to ensure you during your stay in France.
Health: Students are responsible for any expenses incurred in case of illness or accident.
We strongly advise non-European students to make sure their health insurance will cover their expenses and medical costs. Learn Real French Now reserves the right to refuse access to courses to any student suffering from physical or mental illnesses that have not been reported during their registration, or informing us after arrival of a illness that could endanger students and staff of the institute.
We also advise you to subscribe to a “personal liability” insurance policy to protect you in case of damage caused to a third party during your stay.
Learn Real French Now will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever caused or suffered by the participant to persons or property, whatever the causes.
In case of dispute, the competent Court is in Montpellier, France.
V. Annual closing and bank holidays

According to the French calendar, there will be no class in Montpellier on the following days:
April 17th, May 1st, May 8th, June 5th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st.
On these days, a free full-day excursion will be offered instead.

The annual closing of Learn Real French Now will be from December 18, 2017 to January 8th, 2018.
VI. Course organization
At Learn Real French Now, you will be placed in a group of people corresponding to your level of French determined by our written and oral tests.
The oral test is organized by videoconferencing; an appointment is offered in the confirmation email of your registration, just after your payment. If you are not present for the test, another one will be organized as soon as possible.
In order to avoid permanent entries and exits, to guarantee homogeneous classes in terms of level and a certain pedagogical consistency, Learn Real French Now offers only four-week courses.
You can sign up for several training programs over several consecutive months, in which case we will readjust your registration fees.
Your course schedule is sent by e-mail once the level test is completed (written and oral) before classes start.
Students are invited to verify it, and to let us know in case of absence. Any missed course is lost and can neither be rescheduled nor refunded. A certificate indicating the level and attendance (presence) will be given at the end of the stay.
Courses are held in French for better efficiency and we ask students to not translate the course.
