Learn Real French Now organizes, upon request, training sessions in French as a Professional Language (F.P.L.) anywhere in France or abroad. This program, conducted in groups or on an individual basis, is aimed at non-native speaker employees wishing to learn French for the professional world.
This service is ideal for non-native speaker employees wishing to prepare for their job in France, in a francophone country, or abroad, because the French world of work is specific and unique.

Learn Real French Now organizes, upon request, trainings in French as a Professional Language. This program, in groups or on an individual basis, is intended for foreign employees of companies who need French as part of their jobs. It offers the possibility to understand, integrate into the professional world, and to train in professional French language.
This program is intended for:
  • non-native speakers still living in their country of origin who plan to work in France or in a francophone environment: we familiarize them with the French world of work,
  • employees of foreign companies already settled in France or in a French-speaking environment with French-language needs: we accompany them linguistically and culturally in their professional lives.
To work in a French company under good conditions, it is preferable to have at least a B2 level. Learn more about certifications in French.
Learn Real French Now organizes, upon request, training courses in French as a Professional Language throughout France or internationally. These are one-off trainings.
In order to not disrupt business productivity and reduce the costs associated with moving, Learn Real French Now offers to train employees in the French language of the professional world—onsite, in their city, in their country. A trainer moves on request for a mission aimed at training in French as a Professional Language. The terms of the training are defined in advance: the training program, linguistic and cultural objectives, duration, pace, location, and cost.
The training sessions can take place on the premises of the company campus or in a training room we have rented in advance.
The trainer adapts as much as possible to the specific needs and constraints of his/her learners. 
Training in French as a Professional Language are based on a pedagogical program organized in three stages:
  • The discovery of the French professional world: structures, actors, interlocutors, specific lexicon,
  • Integration in the workplace: presentation of his/her professional career and occupied positions, explanation of assignments and professional tasks;
  • Training in professional tasks: preparation for the comprehension of professional oral and written and oral and written expression.
Each phase includes communicative, linguistic and cultural objectives that will lead to a final task. The goal being to learn to understand, communicate and do things in French in a professional environment.
Since they are not necessarily in language immersion, we place great importance on the authenticity of the teaching materials we provide to your employees to enable them to learn authentic French, the kind used by the French.
